Raise and born in Aragon, when she was 20 years old she started her career as a waitress while she was studying a Education Degree.
The destiny makes that in the year 2012 he moved to Barcelona, where he began his self-taught in the world of gastronomy, where she can apply his vocation for transmit, interact and communicate.
After several years acquiring expertise in restaurants and hotels in the city, decides to be part of LAB. Currently she's the manager and the maitre.
Cooking since child, at 18 he began to work as a chef combining studies of Naval Engineering, and Architecture.
In the year 2014 and after having directed several kitchens, he decides to rethink his future, and finally leaves the studies to focus only on his passion, cooking.
After working in several restaurants and hotels renowned in Barcelona, decided to create an own project, LAB Restaurant, where to express their more creative side.
