• Allergies: We ask at the time of making the reservation report of the allergies or intolerances of any of the guests. Otherwise we do not guarantee to meet your requests.
• Making the reservation: The debit or credit card number is requested to formalize the reservation. At this time nothing will be charged in advance. In the restaurant you can pay by cash or by card. We do not accept reservations by phone.
• Cancellation policy: You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before (we do not accept cancellations by phone) After this time or not going to your appointment will be charged € 35 per guest considered as 'no show'. If your reservation is re-confirmed and is not presented, we will be charged the amount of the menu.In case that any customer couldn’t come and the absence isn’t notificated to the restaurant will be charged the amount of the menu.
• Food options: We do not have vegetarian or vegan menus. If you have any food restrictions, please let us know at the time of booking.
• Children: Due to the duration and concept of the experience we advise against going with children under 12 years. We do not have a children's menu and we can’t attend your needs.
• Groups: Through our booking engine you can make reservations for up to 6 people. We attend requests of up to 14 people. If you wish, contact us or select the option 'group request'.
